If you are a Publisher and have a dispute with us arising outside of or or else concerning this Settlement, you shall confer with us and negotiate in great faith to make an effort to take care of the dispute. When you are unable to take care of the dispute with us as a result of immediate negotiations, then, this kind of dispute, other than as in a
